DeshiBit provides internet connectivity and related digital services. As our services are intangible and consumed upon activation or delivery, all payments made to DeshiBit are generally non-refundable.
No Return Policy
Since DeshiBit does not sell physical products, there are no items eligible for return.
No Refund Policy
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
- One-Time Installation Charges (OTC), setup fees, activation fees, and connection charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Payments made for service renewals, upgrades, or other service-related charges are non-refundable after successful processing.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Billing errors caused by DeshiBit.
- Payments collected for services that cannot be provided due to technical limitations determined by DeshiBit before activation.
Any approved refund shall be processed through the original payment method or another method determined by DeshiBit within a reasonable timeframe.
Service Cancellation
Subscribers may request service cancellation in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of DeshiBit. However, cancellation of service does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of previously paid fees.
